These terms govern the sale and use of digital products — trading indicators, add-ons and documentation — offered by OrderFlowSmith through orderflowsmith.com ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, starting a trial or placing an order you agree to these terms, to our License terms and to our Refund & Digital Content Policy.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our products.

1. Who we are and what we sell

OrderFlowSmith builds analytical indicators for the ATAS trading platform. Our products are software tools that visualise order flow and market structure. They are delivered electronically and require a valid ATAS account to run.

Our products are tools for analysis. They are not financial advice and do not guarantee any trading result — see our Risk disclosure.

2. Your account

To buy or trial a product you register an account using the same e-mail address as your ATAS account. Licenses are granted through the official ATAS system, which identifies users by that e-mail, so an incorrect address means the product cannot appear in your ATAS catalog.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.

3. Prices and orders

Prices are shown in euros on each product page. Any taxes that apply are shown before you confirm and pay, and the total you approve at checkout is the amount you are charged.

An order becomes binding once payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order if it appears fraudulent, if a price was shown in obvious error, or if we are unable to grant the license.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details. By paying you authorise the charge shown at checkout; for subscriptions you also authorise recurring charges as described below.

5. Delivery and activation

After payment your license is bound to your ATAS e-mail and the product normally appears in your ATAS catalog within a few minutes. Every product is also available as a direct download in your account, so you can install it manually if you prefer. The license check works the same way in both cases.

6. Trials

Selected products offer a free trial with full functionality and no card required. A trial does not automatically turn into a paid subscription — when it ends the product simply stops working until you buy it. Only one trial per product per customer.

7. Subscriptions and renewals

Subscription licenses renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly, quarterly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period already paid for. A lifetime license is a single payment with no expiry.

We may change future prices, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for; we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.

8. License

What you buy is a license to use the software, not the software itself. How you may use it — and what is not allowed, such as sharing, reselling or decompiling — is set out in our License terms, which form part of this agreement.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or our products: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems, no circumventing license checks, and no use of the products for any unlawful purpose.

10. Changes to products and terms

We improve our products over time and may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its "last updated" date. For material changes that affect an active subscription we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the site or our products after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Our products are provided "as is". Trading is risky and results depend on your own decisions and market conditions, so we cannot and do not guarantee any outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Questions about these terms? Contact us through the contact page and you will get a reply from a person, not a ticket queue.
