Questions before you buy

Licensing, data requirements, trials and what our tools will and will not do for you. If something is missing here, write to us.

Licence and payment

What exactly am I buying?
A licence to use the indicator inside ATAS. You can choose a monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription, or buy a lifetime licence once. The price you see includes VAT.
Is the licence tied to my computer?
No. It is bound to your ATAS e-mail address, so you can reinstall Windows, change machines or trade from a laptop without asking us for anything.
How does activation work?
After payment the licence is issued on your ATAS e-mail and the indicator appears in your ATAS catalog automatically. The licence key is also always available in your account here.
What happens when a subscription ends?
The tool stops working, nothing else. Your chart templates and settings stay exactly as they are and start working again the moment you renew.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time, in your account under Licenses. It keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital licences activate immediately, so purchases are final. That is exactly why most tools have a free trial — use it first. If something does not work as described, write to us and we will sort it out.
Will I get updates?
Yes. Updates are included for as long as your licence is valid, and lifetime licences include all future updates of that product.

Data and requirements

What do I need to run these tools?
ATAS and a data feed that provides the data the tool uses. Order flow and footprint tools need cluster (footprint) data; the liquidity tools need Level 2 market depth; GammaWalls needs your own GEXBot subscription with Classic API access.
Why does an indicator say the data is incomplete?
Because it is, and we would rather tell you than quietly guess. A profile built from partial footprint data, or a liquidity map that only started recording when you attached it, is marked as such on the chart.
Does it work on any instrument?
The tools are built and tested on futures. They will run on other instruments your feed provides, but spot FX has no single centralised tape and crypto structure differs between venues, so results there are broker-specific.
Do I need a fast computer?
No. The tools are written to do their work once and cache it — no recalculating the whole history on every tick.

What these tools do — and do not

Do they tell me when to buy or sell?
No, and that is deliberate. They describe what the market is doing: where it traded, who was aggressive, where liquidity is sitting. The decision, the position size and the stop stay with you.
What about the automated strategies?
F2 FiboFade, F5 Long Reversion and F6 Short Reversion do place real orders on your connected account and manage the whole trade. Their published numbers come from backtests, which are never a promise of future results. Start with the smallest size and supervise them.
Do the indicators repaint?
No. What you see on a closed candle stays there. Where a value can still change — on the candle that is still forming — the tool shows it as live, not as final.
Can I change the settings?
Everything: thresholds, distances in ticks, session times, colours with transparency, line widths, fonts and panel position. Our defaults are a starting point, not a rule.
Is this financial advice?
No. These are analysis tools. Trading futures, forex and crypto carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
