Refund & Digital Content Policy

Our products are digital goods that are delivered and usable immediately after purchase. This policy explains what that means for refunds and how to cancel a subscription. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Immediate delivery and your right of withdrawal

When you buy, you expressly ask us to make the product available to you straight away and you acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that normally applies to distance sales of digital content in the EU. You confirm this with a tick box at checkout.

2. Purchases are final

Because the product is delivered immediately and can be used right away, purchases are final and we do not provide refunds simply because you changed your mind or did not use the product.

3. Try before you buy

This is exactly why we offer free trials. Where a product has a trial, you can run it on your own charts, with full functionality and no card, before deciding. We strongly recommend using the trial first.

4. If something is wrong

Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content are not affected by this policy. If a product does not activate, does not work as described, or is defective, contact us. We will help you get it working; if we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, we will provide a remedy, including a refund where the law requires one.

5. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops any future charges. It does not refund the current period — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then simply does not renew.

6. Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged twice for the same order or charged in obvious error, contact us and we will check it and put it right.
