License terms

When you buy or trial an OrderFlowSmith product you receive a license to use it under the conditions below. These terms are part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. What the license grants

The license gives one customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased product on their own ATAS account for their own trading and analysis. You get the right to use the software; you do not acquire ownership of it.

2. Bound to your ATAS account

Your license is tied to the e-mail address of your ATAS account, not to a particular computer. It follows your account, so a new laptop, a reinstall or a hardware change needs nothing from you. Because the license identifies you by that e-mail, it must remain your own account — a license may not be moved to another person.

3. What you may not do

You may not share, resell, rent, sublicense, publish or otherwise make the product available to anyone else. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source, remove or bypass the license check, or create derivative works from the software. These limits apply for as long as you hold the license.

4. Duration

A subscription license is valid while the subscription is active. A lifetime license has no expiry date. If a license lapses or is cancelled, the product stops working, but you can restore access by renewing or purchasing again.

5. Updates

Unless a product page states otherwise, updates and fixes are included for as long as your license is active. We may change, improve or discontinue features to keep pace with the ATAS platform.

6. Ownership and intellectual property

All intellectual property in the software, including its code, design and documentation, remains ours. This license does not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the right to use the product as described here.

7. Termination

If you breach these license terms — for example by sharing or tampering with a product — we may suspend or revoke the license without a refund. Ending a license does not remove your obligations that by their nature survive, such as the restrictions in section 3.

8. The ATAS platform

Our products run inside ATAS, which is a separate product provided by a third party. You need your own valid ATAS account to use them. We are the seller of the indicators and integrate with the official ATAS licensing system; we are not otherwise responsible for the ATAS platform itself.
