Description

A level is worth more when independent sources agree on it. A VWAP band that sits on the POC of the last swing, a fibo level that meets yesterday's London high, an anchored VWAP at the value area edge - that is confluence, and it is what this indicator is built to show. OFS Confluence is not a new calculation. It is a switchboard: proven OrderFlowSmith modules assembled into one indicator, each with its own settings group and each switched by one button of a compact two-row control panel at the top of the chart; a small + next to its name expands it with the most used settings of the modules. Blue means on, grey means off. When you add the indicator every module is off, so the chart stays clean until you switch on what you need.

MODULES IN THIS RELEASE

VWAP - the volume weighted average price of the trading day, drawn as it develops: a curve along the bars, broken at the start of each trading day (18:00 New York), computed from the footprint price by price. The VWAP button switches the curve on and off; VWAP or NYVWAP is chosen in the expanded control panel. NYVWAP starts at the New York open (RTH Start in 05 · Session and Time, 09:30 New York by default) and runs to the end of the trading day. Six sigma bands (0.5 to 3 sigma) are on by default and each can be switched off; whole sigmas are solid, half sigmas dashed. Each curve can carry a label at its right end, and the curve is never drawn through its own label.

SVWAP - swing VWAP. Two VWAPs anchored automatically: one at the last swing high, one at the last swing low of the chosen time frame - 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes (chosen in the expanded control panel; the label names the time frame). They work like the ATAS Anchored VWAP with Source High from the swing high and Source Low from the swing low, so each curve starts exactly at the wick of the swing candle. A swing is a confirmed turning point of that time frame - its candles are built from the trades themselves, also on tick, volume and range charts; when a new swing forms, the anchor moves by itself. Each curve can end in a label with its current value (SVWAP · Show Labels, off by default); when the two curves come close, the labels stand above each other in the order of the lines.

VP - swing and session volume profile. An automatic volume profile of the LAST SWING LEG: the chart candles between the last swing high and the last swing low - or of the last Tokyo, London or New York session (TKY, LDN, NY) from its high to its low, a running session growing with every closed candle. The VP button switches it on and off; the expanded control panel chooses the swings of the 5, 15, 30 or 60 minute time frame or the session, the rows (TICK = one row per price, BARS = rows of several prices, with POC, VAH and VAL counted from these rows) and DELTA - the delta of each price drawn to the left of the start of the profile, green for more buying and red for more selling. The profile counts only the candles of the leg and draws its histogram, POC, VAH and VAL; the three lines run on to the live candle. A swing is confirmed by a pullback of an adjustable size, in both directions alike, and as soon as the leg changes the profile moves with it; when price leaves the leg the profile follows the running move. Measured on a year of MNQ and MES one-minute data with the default rule: price is inside the profile leg 98 percent of the time, and 5VP finds about 61 legs a day, 15VP about 23, 30VP about 12 and 60VP about 7 (MNQ). Four optional alerts report a move of the profile to a new leg and the first touch of POC, VAH and VAL on each leg.

FIB - fibo levels. The fibonacci grid of the range you choose - yesterday's completed session, today's session so far, or the last hours - with the levels from 0 to 1 and, if you want, the extensions beyond 1. The golden pocket (0.618 and 0.65) is gold and thicker, the ratio is written on each line and the line is interrupted under its label. The grid is drawn across the whole loaded chart: every older day shows the fibo that was valid then. It is the fibo module of OFS Entry Desk, built on the OFS FiboLevels library. The expanded control panel has the range (TODAY - PREV - HOURS) and F EXT for the extensions beyond 1.

GW - gamma walls. The option market on your futures chart, drawn by the OFS GammaWalls module: a strength histogram of the option strikes at the side of the chart - today's 0DTE set and, if you want it, the 90-day set on the other side - and the key levels as lines across the chart: Zero Gamma and the strongest positive and negative walls from volume and from open interest. An optional thin path (off by default) shows where each level stood over the last hour. The tip of every wall is coloured by how its strength changed over the time you choose, small dots mark where the wall ended 1, 5, 15, 30 and 60 minutes ago, and an optional table lists the strikes with the largest change. On top of that a triangle marks the candle and the price where a wall jumped within a minute (a card under the mouse tells the details), the whole wall can glow while its strength is changing - yellow while it is building, light blue while it is melting, the walls without a change dimmed (off by default) - and an optional window ranks the walls that gained and lost the most. The data come live from gexbot.com with your own GEXBot API key; the module asks nothing while it is switched off. A calculation older than 20 hours is not drawn at all - on weekends and before the US options open GEXBot keeps returning the old values - and a notice says so.

MQ - MenthorQ levels. The levels of your own MenthorQ account on the chart, exactly as the MenthorQ module of OFS Entry Desk draws them: the Key Levels (Call Resistance, Put Support, HVL), the 0DTE levels, GEX 1 - 10, the one-day expected range (1D Min / Max) and the Blind Spots (BL 1 - 8), each set with its own switch, colour and width, the name written on every line. The data come from api.menthorq.io with your own MenthorQ API key and user id; the module asks nothing while it is switched off. MenthorQ serves its end-of-day calculation, so the levels stay the same through the trading day, and the MenthorQ ticker is taken from the chart contract by itself - or picked from the list in MQ · Ticker (NQ, ES, YM, RTY, GC, CL, BTC, ETH or a custom name).

SESS - world sessions. Tokyo, London and New York as rectangles from the first to the last bar of each session and from its high to its low, with the session name and optional open and close lines that run until the same session opens again. The hours are entered in the local time of each city, so summer and winter time are applied per bar and the rectangles stay on the exchange hours in every week of the year. The running session grows live. Two optional alerts report a session open and a session close. It is the session part of OFS SessionGamma.

MKT - market breadth. Is the whole market behaving the same way? The MKT button slides a thin strip out of the control panel - under it by default, over it if you keep the panel at the bottom of the chart - with ten equal boxes: ES, QQQ and eight of the largest Nasdaq-100 stocks (NVDA, AAPL, MSFT, AMZN, META, GOOGL, TSLA, AVGO). Each box carries the name and the colour of the gamma regime GEXBot computes for that market: green when price is at or above zero gamma and the net gamma is positive (dealers hedge against the move and tend to damp it), red when price is below zero gamma and the net gamma is negative (dealers hedge with the move), orange when the two disagree, grey when nothing fresh came in the last 20 hours. When most boxes show the same colour, the regime of your index is shared by the market behind it. The strip uses your GEXBot key, works with GW on or off and is dimmed outside the options session.

TREND - structure trendlines. Trendlines found by the OFS StructureMapper engine and drawn by its own painter: lines through confirmed swing pivots of the micro and the structural layer (and an optional context layer), every distance adapts to the volatility of the instrument, so one settings set carries across instruments. A line is born as a candidate, becomes confirmed with a rejected touch, is tested, broken and - after a successful retest from the other side - flipped; its label carries the score, the touch count and the state. Every state change waits for a completed candle, so nothing repaints; a live trendline continues along its slope past the live candle, so you see where it will stand on the next candles. The module has the full StructureMapper settings for pivots, anchors, touches, breaks, lifetimes and scoring.

LINES - session levels. The POC, VAH, VAL, HIGH and LOW of the trading session (from 18:00 New York, like the VWAP), computed from the footprint price by price: the POC is the price with the most volume, VAH and VAL are the edges of the value area that holds 70 % of the volume of the session. The LINES button switches them on and off; the expanded control panel chooses LINES, pLINES or xLINES: the current session, whose levels move as it develops, the previous session (pPOC, pVAH, pVAL, pHIGH, pLOW) or both - the previous one dashed by default, so the two tell apart at a glance. Each level type has its own switch, colour and width, and the name stands on every line. LINES PROFILE draws the volume profile of the session from its first candle to the right (VP) and its delta to the left of it (DELTA) - each session of xLINES has its own; LINES ROWS chooses TICK or BARS rows of several prices, with POC, VAH and VAL counted from these rows.

RUN - level breaks and sweeps. The first breaks of the key levels of the day: last week's high and low, yesterday's regular-session high and low, the overnight high and low, the high and low of the first regular-session hour and the swing highs and lows of the day. A line at the level runs from the break until the price comes back, with a label such as ONH reclaim 34.5: amber while the break is in progress, grey when the price came back beyond the level, amber dashed when the market accepted it (the price stayed beyond it for an hour). The big sweeps of the last hours - one aggressive order through many prices at once - are vertical strokes with their size in ticks. Every level, state, colour, line style and label can be set; alerts on a break, a reclaim, an accepted break and a sweep (off by default). It shows where it happened - neither a break nor a sweep predicts the direction by itself.

ZONES - structure zones. The support and resistance zones of the same OFS StructureMapper engine: transparent areas built from the confirmed structure of the chart, including broken levels retested from the other side, plus the context zones you switch on - the prior session high and low, the opening range and the overnight high and low. A zone is dashed while it is a candidate and has a score and a state - candidate, confirmed, tested, broken, flip. ZONES has its own look: colours for support, resistance, BALANCE, context and broken zones, edge widths, extension past the live candle, a right offset and a label in the middle of each zone - at its left end, in its centre or at its right end, with optional prices, score and state. Zones and trendlines share one engine and its settings, but each has its own button, so you can show either or both.

AZ - Aegis zones. Support and resistance zones built by the OFS AegisZones engine from several independent kinds of evidence at once: the auction, the order flow, the price structure and the reaction of the market itself. A zone is drawn only where independent evidence agrees; it carries a 0 - 100 score, the codes of the evidence it stands on and a state - candidate, confirmed by the indicator, confirmed by the market, strong, weakening, broken, flipped - and it is followed through its tests until it is spent. An active zone runs 100 px past the live candle (AZ · Extend Right), with its label at the right end. The engine builds micro, session and composite zones and is rebuilt in the background after every settings change.

IMB - imbalance zones. Where at least three prices on top of each other inside one candle show an imbalance of the same side - counted exactly like the imbalance colours of the ATAS footprint (the ratio, 400 % by default, the volume filter and ignore zero values, all in the expanded control panel) - a buying zone (green) or a selling zone (red) runs from its candle to the right edge of the chart. Every price of a zone that the market trades at again disappears from it: only the part the market touched goes, the rest stays until it is reached. The zones of the live candle show at once; fill, outline and its width have their own settings.

BIG - big trades. Every cumulative trade - one aggressive order filled across one or more prints, the same unit ATAS Big Trades uses - of at least the minimum volume (100 contracts by default) is drawn as a circle - fill and outline in your own colours - with its size in the centre, at the price and on the candle where it traded. You choose which price of the trade the circle sits at (last, start or weighted average) and where in its candle a trade must be to count. Big trades share the trade history with HABS.

HABS - heavy absorption. Circles on the single trades that are far larger than the normal trade size around them. The OFS HeavyNodes engine reads the raw trades of the platform, learns the normal trade size from the recent tape and marks the trades of one side that stand far above it - never below HABS · Minimum Volume (30 contracts by default); a circle sums them at their price - green for buy aggressors, red for sell aggressors - and its size follows the volume. The colour shows who was aggressive, never a direction to trade. When you switch HABS on, the trade history of the loaded chart is requested day by day and a notice shows the progress; the trades are kept in memory, so a later settings change replays them instead of downloading them again.

DIV - delta divergences. Two swings on the 15 or 5 minute scale where the delta at the very high or low disagrees with the price: a higher high with a weaker delta (bearish) or a lower low with a stronger delta (bullish), and the hidden ones the other way round. A line joins the two highs or lows with a short label - bearish red, bullish green, hidden ones dashed. A divergence appears once its second swing is confirmed and stays drawn after the price goes beyond it or when it gets old, over the whole loaded chart. Regular and hidden, 15 and 5 minutes and the minimum strength can be chosen, and how strong the old ones are drawn; an alert on a new divergence (off by default). It is not a signal by itself.

ABS - confirmed absorption. Horizontal levels at the prices where aggressive volume was absorbed and the candle then closed away from it, found and drawn by the OFS ConfirmedAbsorption engine. The footprint of every closed candle is read tick by tick: where aggressive selling is absorbed in the lower wick and the candle closes above that zone, a bullish level is born; the mirror image in the upper wick gives a bearish level. The ratio (300 % by default) sets how strong the absorption must be, and the number on the line is its strength in percent. A level then lives by a fixed lifecycle: a line that price has not come back to yet grows towards the current candle as price approaches and freezes at the first touch; a touch followed by a reaction makes the level used and fades it; a close through it breaks it; after the set number of tests or sessions it expires. The expanded control panel has the ratio (- and + in steps of 100) and EX L / EX S, which draw the untested levels all the way to the current candle. When you switch ABS on, the footprint of the last sessions is scanned in the background and a notice says so; every later settings change is rebuilt in the background too.

ICE - icebergs. Resting orders that show only a small part of their real size and keep refilling it, found by the OFS IcebergDetector engine in the order-by-order book (Market-By-Order): an order that refills its visible size again and again (refilled), or one that traded more than it ever showed (proven - the hidden contracts are counted). A circle marks the bar and the exact price where an iceberg was established - green where a resting buyer absorbed the selling, red where a resting seller absorbed the buying, the size of the circle by the absorbed volume - a dashed link joins an iceberg order that moved to another price, and a side tree at the right edge of the chart shows the absorbed contracts per price and flashes when a level absorbs more. The ICE button sits in the ORDER FLOW group of the control panel, after DIV. It needs Market-By-Order data from the feed and works from the moment it is switched on, because order-by-order data cannot be replayed from history. Two alerts - proven and refilled - are off by default.

THE AI ASSISTANT

Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI) on your chart - you choose in AI · Provider. Click AI on the control panel, then CHAT, and ask about the market in a chat window that stays on top of the platform. The AI answers from the data of every Confluence module - also the ones switched off on the chart - and from the candles, the volume profiles, the previous days and two pictures of the chart - the last candles of your own chart as you see them and the last trading days in 60-minute candles - and your own drawings - lines, rectangles with their time span, trend lines, texts, fibo and more. The icebergs, the gamma walls, the MenthorQ levels, the market breadth with the VIX, the order book and the footprint are collected for it from the moment it is on, so it knows how they moved during the day. With OFS Confluence Feed on the charts of other markets (ES, bonds, the euro, gold, oil, the NYSE TICK) it sees those markets too - the Feed is in the same file and needs no licence key; the dollar index comes from a public delayed quote. It looks for news only on the sites in its settings (twelve by default, four of your own), knows the economic calendar of the week and the earnings dates of the big companies, and the news feeds of the sites are checked every 5 minutes.

Ask it to draw and it draws exactly that: levels, zones, trend lines, vertical time lines (also at a time ahead, right of the live candle), notes, small up / down arrows, the expected path of price and the volume profile of a stretch of time - pink, support green, resistance red, a pivot amber, strong levels thicker, every label starting with "AI ·"; the mouse over a drawing shows why the AI drew it. When price reaches an AI support, resistance or pivot, the AI alert sound plays and a line appears in the chat; every 5 minutes the AI also updates its drawings on its own. The NEWS button under the name of the control panel, next to HIDE, shows a small window as high as the panel with the important US release that just came out and the next one with a countdown (FOMC, CPI, jobs ...) and the latest important headlines, each with an AI arrow for the Nasdaq (up, neutral, down); a short mark at the candle shows where an important release of the day came out.

The AI runs through Claude Code or Codex (ChatGPT) on your computer with your own account: every question uses your Claude or ChatGPT plan and nothing goes through orderflowsmith.com. It only analyses - it never trades and never gives an entry, a stop or a target - and it can be wrong, so check what it says on your chart. The AI is off by default.

HOW IT BEHAVES

Everything is drawn behind the candles by default, so nothing covers the price; Draw Above Candles turns that around. Labels of different modules ask each other for room and move sideways instead of overlapping, and every label sits on its own background colour, so no line runs through the text. Every module that draws lines has the same set of fine-tuning rows: a label offset in both directions, an extension of its lines past the live candle - 100 px by default in every module - and a right offset that keeps lines and labels away from the right edge of the chart. Changing a setting never freezes the chart: the modules rebuild in the background, and while the trade history of HABS and BIG loads the market data of the platform never waits for the indicator - a trade that arrives meanwhile is processed in order a moment later. All alerts are off until you switch them on, every module has its own alert sound, and nothing ever reports from history. The settings follow the same order as every OrderFlowSmith indicator: licence first, then one group per module, then display, control panel, alerts, Telegram and log.

WALL CHANGES ON THE CHART (GW). Besides the walls themselves the GW module shows how their strength is changing, without reading a text list: short bars next to every 0DTE wall (growth yellow, decline blue), a balance box at the price with the net change above and below, a flow strip along the chart edge with one column per candle, a heat map of the changes per strike and minute, a strip with the gamma regime of each candle (damping, amplifying, mixed), thin open-interest lines under the walls, and a window with the skew needle (puts versus calls) and the net gamma curve of the day. With GW switched on, BALANCE, FLOW, REGIME and OI are drawn by default; BARS, MAP and SKEW stay off until you switch them on. GW · Money Show adds where the money goes right now: at every level where new option trades are arriving, a bar grows from the edge of its own side (left by default) - the longer and brighter, the more money in the last seconds, in the calls colour where more calls than puts were traded and in the puts colour otherwise. The levels with the most money show their price, the amount and C (more calls) or P (more puts). Only new trades count, not the growth a wall gets when the price comes closer. It is updated with every GEXBot calculation (about every 2 seconds), and a level goes dark about a minute after the money stops. It hides nothing, so the money and the 0DTE walls are read side by side. Each element has its own group of settings (BARS, BALANCE, FLOW, MAP, REGIME, OI, SKEW, GLOW, JUMPS, CHANGES) and the strips can be drawn on top of every other indicator or with the chart content.

FINDING A SETTING. Every row of the settings starts with the word of its category, the same word that stands on the chart or on the control panel button: type GW, MQ, MKT, VP, FIB, TOKYO, LINES, RUN, TREND, ZONES, AZ, IMB, HABS, BIG, DIV, ABS, ICE, SKEW, MAP or AI into the settings search and the whole module or window appears with all its rows. The texts of the expanded panel work too - NYVWAP, PREV, HOURS, F EXT, pLINES, xLINES, EX L, EX S - because they are part of the group name of their module.

Installation guide
1. Create or sign in to your OrderFlowSmith account with the same e-mail address used by your ATAS account. When access to OFS Confluence is activated and the e-mails match, ATAS delivers the indicator automatically; do not install a DLL manually.
2. Open or fully restart ATAS so the automatically delivered indicator becomes available in the indicator catalogue. Whenever an update is released through ATAS, fully restart the platform; ATAS downloads and loads the new version automatically.
3. If your ATAS account uses a different e-mail address than your OrderFlowSmith account, write to us at orderflowsmith.com/contact - we move the license to your ATAS e-mail and ATAS delivers the indicator automatically.
4. Open a chart with footprint data (a tick or 1-minute chart of MNQ or NQ is the reference; range and volume charts work too) and add OFS Confluence from the OrderFlowSmith group.
5. Paste your OFS license key into 01 - Licenses. The key is verified locally. If you want the gamma walls (GW) or the market breadth strip (MKT), paste your own GEXBot API key into the row below it - the plan must include Classic API access - and choose the ticker in 02 - API GEXBot (NQ_NDX for NQ / MNQ, ES_SPX for ES / MES). For the MenthorQ levels (MQ) paste your MenthorQ API key and MenthorQ User ID into the next two rows.
6. Every module is off when the indicator is first added. Switch on what you need with the two-row control panel at the top centre of the chart - one on / off button per module, every button the same size, in columns: SESSION: SESS, LINES, RUN above OPTIONS & MARKET: GW, MQ, MKT (the market breadth strip under the panel); LEVELS: VWAP, SVWAP, VP, FIB above ORDER FLOW: BIG, HABS, DIV, ICE (the icebergs - needs Market-By-Order data from the feed); STRUCTURE: TREND, ZONES above FLOW ZONES: AZ, IMB; AI above ABSORPTION: ABS. Blue = on, grey = off; every button is the same switch as in the settings of its module. Under the name of the panel sit HIDE (hides the panel down to one button with the name), NEWS (the news window) and CHAT (the chat window of the AI); NEWS and CHAT are dimmed while the AI is off. The small + on the right of the name expands the panel with the most used settings of the modules - VWAP or NYVWAP, the swing time frame of SVWAP, the VP range (swing leg or the Tokyo, London or New York session) with its rows and delta, the FIB range, F EXT and REVERSE, each session on its own, LINES / pLINES / xLINES and the LINES profile with its rows, the gamma wall sets, the MenthorQ groups, IMB with WICK, the ABS ratio with EX L / EX S, the minimum size of BIG and HABS, BIG WICK and the DIV kinds; the panel keeps its width. On a chart narrower than the panel the whole panel shrinks evenly - the same buttons in the same places, only smaller (Control Panel Zoom To Fit).
7. Each module has its own settings group (06 - VWAP, 07 - SVWAP, 08 - VP, 09 - FIB, 10 to 13 - SESS with one group per session, 14 - LINES: session levels, 15 - RUN, 16 to 32 - GW: walls, 0DTE and 90-day walls, 0DTE and 90-day levels, level history, wall history and one group for each element of the wall changes - BARS, BALANCE, FLOW, MAP, REGIME, OI, SKEW, GLOW, JUMPS and CHANGES, 33 - MQ, 34 - MKT: market breadth, 35 and 36 - TREND: structure and trendline rules, 37 - ZONES, 38 to 45 - AZ: engine, profile, footprint, absorption, scoring, lifecycle, display and labels, 46 - IMB, 47 - BIG, 48 - HABS, 49 - DIV, 50 and 51 - ICE: detection and display, 52 and 53 - ABS: detection and visual, 54 to 56 - AI: assistant, news and drawings; the connection of the AI is in 04 - API Claude / ChatGPT). Every row starts with the word of its module, so the settings search finds a whole module by one word - also by the texts of the expanded panel (NYVWAP, PREV, pLINES, EX L ...). Start with the defaults; the descriptions of the VP settings carry measured numbers that show what each value does.
8. Alerts are off by default. Switch on Enable Alerts or Enable Telegram and choose the events in the Alerts group.
9. HABS and BIG need the trade history: after you switch one of them on, a notice counts the days being loaded (raw trades 3/24 days). Circles appear as the days arrive. SVWAP, VP and DIV load the same history without a notice and build their candles from the trades; until it arrives they use the chart candles. If the data feed has no trade history, the notice says so and the other modules keep running.
10. AI assistant (optional, off by default): install Claude Code from claude.com/claude-code on the same computer, open a terminal, type claude and sign in once with your own Claude account - or, for ChatGPT, install Codex (npm install -g @openai/codex, or the Codex app), type codex login, sign in with your ChatGPT account and choose ChatGPT in AI · Provider. Then click AI on the control panel and CHAT to open the chat window. The AI uses your Claude or ChatGPT plan; nothing goes through orderflowsmith.com. For other markets put OFS Confluence Feed (same file, no licence key) on their charts.
11. ABS reads the footprint of the last sessions when you switch it on; a notice says so while it scans. A notice WARMING UP or INSUFFICIENT DATA afterwards tells you the history is not long enough yet - load more days of history into the chart.
12. To keep the right side of the chart free (for example for the Depth Of Market), set the Line Right Offset of the modules you use: their lines and labels then end that many pixels before the right edge. Label Offset X / Y moves the labels of a module, Extend Right sets how far its lines run past the live candle (100 px by default; 0 ends them at the live candle, 5000 runs them to the right edge).
Changelog — version 1.32.0
1.32.0 - AI KNOWS THE NEW INTRADAY MEASUREMENTS.

- The AI assistant judges the trading day with nine new conclusions measured on 391 days of MNQ: when the session high and low usually form, how final the far and the near extreme are after midday against the average daily range, which returns to a fresh session extreme held and which broke, the strong open, continuation in the first hour and reversion at midday, the overnight range plan, gap fills by size, big 8:30 releases and three lower daily closes in a row.
- Conclusions only, as before: the AI still gives analysis, levels and scenarios, never an entry, a stop or a target.

1.31.0 - GW: TOOLTIP, 1DTE OUTSIDE THE SESSION, MONEY BUTTON.

- GW · Tooltip (on by default): move the mouse over a wall, a level line, a money bar, the REGIME strip, BALANCE, FLOW or a window of the GW module and a small card tells what it is and shows its values - the set and price, calls or puts, strength, rank, open interest and where the wall or level stood 1 - 60 minutes ago.
- GW · 0DTE Outside Session (default Next Expiration (1DTE)): from the options close (16:00 New York) until the next open, the 0DTE walls and levels show the nearest expiration, marked 1DTE. Last 0DTE keeps the previous behaviour.
- MONEY button in the GW block of the expanded control panel [+], next to 0DTE and 90D.

1.30.0 - GW: MONEY ON ITS OWN SIDE.

- GW · Money is now a part of its own and hides nothing (GW · Money Show): the money bars grow from the edge of the side chosen in GW · Money Side (left by default). The 0DTE walls stay on their side, or move away from the edge when the money is on the same side.
- New settings: GW · Money Side, Offset From Edge (px), Thickness (px), Calls Color and Puts Color (both yellow by default), Label Font Size and Label Offset X / Y (px). GW · Money Mode, Color and Wall Color are replaced by them.

1.29.0 - GW: MONEY MODE - WHERE THE MONEY GOES RIGHT NOW.

- New GW · Money Mode (16 - GW - Gamma Walls): the 0DTE walls in one neutral colour and, at every level where new option trades are arriving, a bar at the chart edge - the longer and brighter, the more money in the last seconds. The levels with the most money show their price, the amount and C (more calls) or P (more puts). Only new trades count, not the growth a wall gets when the price comes closer. It is updated with every GEXBot calculation (about every 2 seconds), and a level goes dark about a minute after the money stops. While it is on, the GW module draws nothing else except the Zero Gamma line. Off by default; GW · Money Window (s), From, Full At, Labels, Color, Wall Color, Width (px) and Label Background set how it looks.
- GW: wall changes (BARS, BALANCE, FLOW, MAP, GLOW, JUMPS and the CHANGES window) no longer show a false jump at a strike where the call and put positions are almost equal - it happened mostly in the last two hours of the session.

1.28.1 - FAQ WITH THE CURRENT SETTINGS GROUPS.

- The answer about the yellow and blue walls and the triangles names the current settings groups: 30 - GW - GLOW, 31 - GW - JUMPS, 26 - GW - MAP and 29 - GW - SKEW. The indicator works the same as 1.28.0.

1.28.0 - GW: WALL CHANGES SHOW NEW VOLUME ONLY.

- New setting GW · Wall Change Measure (16 - GW - Gamma Walls). New Volume Only (default): BARS, BALANCE, FLOW, MAP, the GLOW of the 0DTE walls, JUMPS and the CHANGES window count only the strength that new option trades added to a wall or took away from it. A wall no longer looks like it is growing just because the price came closer to it or the session is near its close - you see where new money really arrives. All Change shows the whole change as GEXBot sends it, as up to 1.27.17.

- After a chart load, a change over N minutes appears once the indicator has run for N minutes. Switching between the two is immediate - the jump trail, the flow strip and the map are kept for both.

- The wall history (tips and dots), the change arrows at the walls, the Max Change table and the 90-day walls are unchanged.

1.27.17 - THE DOT ON THE HIDDEN BUTTON SHOWS ONLY WHAT IS REALLY ON.

- Fixed: the dot was green although every button of the control panel was off - NEWS saved as on while AI is off (NEWS and CHAT are then faded and do nothing) counted as switched on. NEWS and CHAT count only with AI on.

1.27.16 - NOTICES OFF BY DEFAULT AND BELOW EACH OTHER; A DOT ON THE HIDDEN BUTTON.

- The waiting and error notices are off by default, also on saved charts - switch them on with Show Notices. A missing or invalid licence is always shown.

- Notices start 50 px from the top, below the row of hidden panel buttons (Notice Offset Y), and the notices of several OFS indicators stack below each other by themselves - they never cover a control panel or a hidden panel button.

- The hidden panel button shows a dot before the name: green when anything on the control panel is switched on, an empty grey ring when everything is off - you see at once which indicator draws on the chart.

1.27.15 - HABS WITH TWO DATA CONNECTIONS.

- Fixed: with two connections delivering market data for the same instrument, HABS from version 1.27.14 could report missing raw trades and stop finding new heavy absorption. HABS and BIG read the trades exactly as the chart's candles do, as before 1.27.14; the minute data keeps counting every trade once.

- Nothing changes with a single data connection.

1.27.14 - EVERY TRADE COUNTED ONCE WITH TWO DATA CONNECTIONS.

- With two connections delivering market data for the same instrument, ATAS passes every trade twice. ICE already counted every trade once; now the minute built from trades (volume and delta) and HABS / BIG count every trade once too - the copies from the second connection are recognised and dropped. The log says when it starts and ends.

- Nothing changes with a single data connection.

1.27.13 - AI: RELIABLE SAVING WITH SEVERAL CHARTS, CLEANER LOGS.

- With several charts of the same instrument, the order book walls and icebergs collected for the AI could stay unsaved for minutes ("Access to the path is denied" in the log). They are saved reliably again.

- Successful AI translations and news judgments are written to the log as information, no longer as errors; real errors are still reported as errors.

- Lines with data for the AI no longer cause format errors in the ATAS log.

1.27.12 - ICE: CORRECT ICEBERGS WHEN TWO CONNECTIONS DELIVER MARKET DATA.

- With two connections in ATAS that both deliver market data for the same instrument - for example one Rithmic account for trading and another one for market-by-order data - every trade and every order book change arrived twice, and the ICE module marked almost every traded order as an iceberg. ICE now recognises the copies from the second connection and counts every trade once: the same icebergs as with a single connection. A notice says so for one minute.

- Nothing changes with a single data connection.

1.27.11 - THE TIME ZONE ROW SWITCHES TO MANUAL AT ONCE.

- A non-zero Manual Offset (hours) switches Time Zone to Manual. Until now the settings window kept showing the previous zone until it was reopened - now the Time Zone row shows Manual at once.

- Nothing else changes.

1.27.10 - LOG: ONE SWITCH, ITS OWN FOLDER.

- New in 61 · Log: Log (on / off, off by default) and Log Folder. Switched on, the indicator writes everything it does into its own log - its settings and every change of them, the chart, the calculation, what every module does (a new profile leg, a rebuilt engine, data requests and their answers), which modules are on, its alerts and errors and what the panel shows. Keys, tokens and IDs are never written.
- The files go into the folder of the indicator inside Log Folder, for example D:\logs\OFS Confluence - one file per chart and day, with the computer and the platform in the file name.
- Diagnostic Log is replaced by this one switch - a saved chart with Diagnostic Log on has Log on. Errors of a module are still shown on the chart and written to the ATAS log also with Log off.

1.27.9 - AZ IN THE EXPANDED CONTROL PANEL: MIN SCORE, MICRO / SESSION / COMP, BROKEN AND LABELS (AS OFS AEGISZONES 1.4.1).

- The expanded control panel has three new rows under IMB: AZ MIN SCORE (- and + change the minimum zone score in steps of 5), AZ ZONES (MICRO, SESSION and COMP - the zones of each horizon on their own) and AZ SHOW (BROKEN - the broken zones, LABELS - the zone labels). Each button is the same switch as its settings row.
- AZ · Show Micro Zones, AZ · Show Session Zones and AZ · Show Composite Zones replace AZ · Show Zones. All three are off by default, as in OFS AegisZones: after switching AZ on, switch on at least one of MICRO, SESSION and COMP. A horizon that is off is neither drawn nor alerting.
- AZ · Show Labels is off by default on new charts; a saved chart keeps its value.

1.27.8 - AZ: THE ZONES NEXT TO PRICE, ONE BOX PER PLACE, READABLE LABELS (AS OFS AEGISZONES 1.4.0).

- AZ picks the zones it draws from the visible part of the chart. Until now zones far from price with a higher score could take every place, and next to price there was often one zone or none.
- Zones of the same side from different horizons that overlap are drawn as one box with the evidence of all of them - no more boxes and labels on top of each other. The label shows one structure code instead of all pivots at once.
- Labels are drawn after all zones; with little free space right of the live candle a label shows side and score only (for example S 78) instead of lying on the last candles.
- The composite profile takes its finished sessions from before the calculation window as well (on a 250-tick chart it had none), a flipped zone is drawn from the flip on, and every zone box covers its full price range.

1.27.7 - NEW YORK IS THE DEFAULT TIME ZONE; SAVED RTH HOURS SAFE ACROSS THE CLOCK CHANGE.

- Time Zone (05 · Session and Time) is New York by default for a newly added indicator - the exchange clock of the US index futures (until now UTC). Saved charts keep their own zone.
- A chart saved before this update with RTH Start / RTH End at the default now always loads as 09:30 - 16:00 New York, also when it was saved in summer and opened in winter (or the other way round). Until now the one-time conversion of the old saved value used today's clock offset, so such a chart could start one hour off. Hours you set yourself convert as before.

1.27.6 - 05 · SESSION AND TIME AS IN OFS CONFIRMEDABSORPTION; RTH HOURS KEEP THEIR TIME AFTER A CLOCK CHANGE.

- The regular hours rows are now called RTH Start / RTH End (were Regular Hours Start / End) - 05 · Session and Time is the same as in OFS ConfirmedAbsorption: Time Zone, Manual Offset (hours), RTH Start, RTH End.
- RTH Start / RTH End are saved in New York exchange time. Until 1.27.5 a chart saved before a daylight-saving change opened with the regular hours one hour off (the ABS regular / extended hours thresholds, TREND and ZONES with Custom Hours, the NYVWAP start). A saved chart is converted once on its first load; after that the chart saves New York time and opens with the same hours in summer and winter.

1.27.5 - FIB ON A DAILY CHART: THE PREVIOUS DAY IN ITS REAL DIRECTION.

- On a daily chart every candle is its own session. Live, the previous session always counted as a rising day, so after a red day the PREV fibo levels were drawn mirrored (0 and 1 swapped, 0.618 where 0.382 belongs) - in the history of a chart left running and at the live candle after a reload. The previous day is now measured in its real direction, as OFS FiboLevels does. Intraday charts are unchanged.

1.27.4 - AZ: A CHART LEFT RUNNING SHOWS WHAT A RELOADED CHART SHOWS.

- AZ · Maximum History (bars) counted back from the candle at which the zones were first built and then stayed there - a chart open overnight computed from another candle than the same chart loaded again and could show other zones. The window now starts at the start of the session that holds its first bar, and every new session moves it on: AZ rebuilds itself in the background, the chart keeps showing the old zones until the new ones are ready (as OFS AegisZones 1.3.13).

1.27.3 - TREND AND ZONES: A CHART LEFT RUNNING SHOWS WHAT A RELOADED CHART SHOWS.

- Live, the confluence of trendlines and zones was refreshed on every candle, during the history load every 16 candles - a chart left running overnight could show other lines and zones than the same chart loaded again. Live now uses the same rhythm (as OFS StructureMapper 1.5.4).
- The notices no longer hide behind the open control panel: where it covered them (top right on a narrower chart), they now sit just below it. Without overlap nothing moves.

1.27.2 - CONTROL PANELS AND HIDDEN BUTTONS LINE UP BY THEMSELVES; EVERYTHING OFF BY DEFAULT.

- The buttons of hidden control panels of all OFS indicators on a chart line up side by side by themselves at the top centre, in the order of the chart's indicator list; open control panels at the same place stack below each other. A different position or offset in the settings keeps a button or panel in its own place.

- New default places, also on saved charts: Control Panel Position Top Center, Offset X 0, Offset Y 40; Hidden Button Position Top Center, Offset X 0, Offset Y 5.

- Every function of the control panel is off by default for a newly added indicator (the modules were off already; now NEWS too), so a new chart shows nothing until you switch it on. A saved chart keeps its own switches.

1.27.1 - CLEARER TEXTS.

- FLOW · Show (25 · GW · FLOW) and MAP · Show (26 · GW · MAP) say in plain words how the strip and the map scale: the height and the colour adapt to what is visible, so one big jump does not flatten the rest. Nothing changes on the chart.

1.27.0 - CHOOSE CLAUDE OR CHATGPT FOR THE AI.

- New: AI · Provider (04 · API · Claude / ChatGPT) - the AI assistant runs on Claude through Claude Code (default) or on ChatGPT through Codex (OpenAI), each on your own account. ChatGPT gets the same data tools, pictures of the chart, news sites, drawings and notes as Claude; its model is in AI · ChatGPT Model Id (default gpt-6-astra) and Codex is found by itself (AI · Codex Path). Frequently asked questions

What does the control panel do?
It is a two-row switchboard at the top centre of the chart: one on / off button per module, every button the same size, in columns - SESSION: SESS, LINES, RUN above OPTIONS & MARKET: GW, MQ, MKT (the market breadth strip under the panel); LEVELS: VWAP, SVWAP, VP, FIB above ORDER FLOW: BIG, HABS, DIV, ICE (the icebergs); STRUCTURE: TREND, ZONES above FLOW ZONES: AZ, IMB; AI above ABSORPTION: ABS. Blue = the module is drawn, grey = it is off. Every button is the same switch as the first row of the settings group of its module, so the state is saved with the chart. Under the name sit HIDE (hides the panel down to one button), NEWS (the news window) and CHAT (the chat window of the AI). The small + on the right of the name expands the panel downward with the most used settings of the modules, each right under the column of its module: VWAP or NYVWAP, the swing time frame of SVWAP (5 - 15 - 30 - 60), the VP range (the swing leg or the last Tokyo, London or New York session) with TICK / BARS rows and DELTA, the FIB range, F EXT and REVERSE, each session on its own, LINES / pLINES / xLINES and the LINES profile with its delta and TICK / BARS rows, the 0DTE and 90-day gamma walls, the MenthorQ groups GEX, BL, 1D and 0DTE, the IMB ratio, stacked levels, volume filter, zero values and WICK, the AZ minimum score (AZ MIN SCORE), its MICRO, SESSION and COMP zones, BROKEN and LABELS, the ABS ratio with EX L / EX S, the minimum size of BIG and HABS, BIG WICK and the DIV kinds; - collapses it. The settings of a module that is off are dimmed - a click on one switches the module on with that choice - and the panel keeps the same width collapsed and expanded, so no button ever moves. MKT slides a thin market breadth strip out under the buttons (or over them, MKT · Position) - information only. On a chart narrower than the panel the whole panel shrinks evenly - the same buttons in the same places, only smaller.
How is the VWAP calculated and when does it reset?
It is the volume weighted average price of the trading day, computed from the footprint of every candle price by price (when a candle has no footprint, its typical price is used). The trading day starts at 18:00 New York, the start of the Globex session, so the curve is broken there and starts again. The sigma bands are the volume weighted standard deviation around it.
What is the swing VWAP and where are its anchors?
Two anchored VWAPs that place themselves. A swing is a confirmed turning point of the SVWAP · Swing Time Frame (5 minutes by default; 15, 30 or 60 minutes can be chosen). One VWAP starts at the last swing high and weights the HIGH of every chart candle by its volume, the other starts at the last swing low and weights the LOW - the same result as the ATAS Anchored VWAP with Source High and Source Low. When a newer swing forms, the anchor moves to it by itself.
Which leg does the swing volume profile use?
By default the last swing leg: the candles between the last two swings - the last swing high and the last swing low - each confirmed by a pullback of the size set in VP · Pullback Size, in both directions alike. As soon as a new swing is confirmed the profile moves to the new leg. When price closes beyond the older swing of the leg, the profile switches to the running leg from the last swing to the current extreme and every new high or low extends it. Three other rules are available in VP · Swing Rule.
What is the difference between 5VP, 15VP and 30VP?
The time frame of the swings. 5VP uses 5-minute swings and moves often (about 61 new legs a day on MNQ, a leg holds a median 15 minutes); 15VP about 23 legs a day (half an hour); 30VP about 12 legs a day (50 minutes); 60VP about 7 legs a day (73 minutes). The profile itself is always counted from the candles of your chart, whatever its type. Only one profile is drawn at a time.
Does it repaint?
The VWAP curve of closed candles never changes; only its live end moves with the forming candle. The swing VWAP and the swing profile are tools that follow the market by design: when a new swing is confirmed, the anchor or the leg moves to it and the old curve or profile is replaced - that is their purpose, and the VP alerts report exactly that moment. A profile leg never moves back to an older leg.
Why are the alerts silent?
Every alert is off by default. Switch on Enable Alerts (the sound only - no popup window on the chart) or Enable Telegram, then choose the events below. Alerts fire only for live market events - loading a chart or changing a setting never replays old events - and each VP level reports once per leg. Every module has its own sound - VP · Alert Sound, SESS · Alert Sound and so on - so you hear which module reports.
Which charts and instruments does it work on?
Any chart type in ATAS and ATAS X - tick, time, range or volume - as long as the data feed delivers footprint (cluster) data. The measured numbers in the descriptions come from MNQ and MES; the trading day and the regular session are those of the US index futures.
Which range are the fibo levels drawn over?
You choose it in FIB · Source: Previous session (yesterday's completed session, the levels stay fixed all day), Current session (from today's open, the range grows with new highs and lows) or Last N hours. The expanded control panel has the same choice - TODAY, PREV and HOURS. The direction of the impulse decides which end is 0 and which is 1; FIB · Reverse swaps them. The levels are drawn across the whole loaded chart - older days show the grid that was valid then, with the choices you made here.
Why are the session hours entered in Tokyo, London and New York time?
Because that is the clock the exchange runs on. Entered in the local time of the city, a session stays correct in every week of the year: summer and winter time are applied per bar, also in the weeks when Europe and America switch on different dates. The defaults are the regular exchange hours - Tokyo 09:00-15:00, London 08:00-16:30, New York 09:30-16:00 - and each can be changed; a change rebuilds the rectangles in the background.
What is the difference between HABS and BIG?
BIG is absolute: every cumulative trade (one aggressive order, however many prints filled it) of at least the minimum volume you set. HABS is relative: it marks the individual prints that are far larger than the normal trade size of the recent tape, never below HABS · Minimum Volume (30 contracts by default), so it adapts to the instrument and to the time of day. A quiet session can have HABS circles on sizes BIG would never show.
Why does a notice say raw trades 3/24 days?
HABS and BIG are built from the raw trades of the platform. When one of them is switched on, the trade history of the loaded chart is requested day by day in the background; the notice counts the days and the circles appear as they arrive. The trades are kept in memory - changing a setting replays them, and reloading the chart of the same instrument takes them over instead of downloading again. If the data feed has no trade history yet, the notice says so and asks again.
How do I keep the lines out of the right side of my chart?
Every module that draws lines has a row called Line Right Offset (px). Set it to the width of the area you keep free on the right - for example the Depth Of Market - and the lines and labels of that module end that many pixels before the right edge. The other rows of the same family: Label Offset X / Y moves the labels of the module, Extend Right sets how far the lines run past the live candle - 100 px by default in every module; 0 ends them at the live candle, 5000 runs them up to the right edge.
What do I need for the gamma walls?
Your own GEXBot subscription with Classic API access. Generate the API key in your gexbot.com account, paste it into GEXBot API Key in 01 - Licenses, choose the ticker in 02 - API GEXBot (NQ_NDX for NQ / MNQ, ES_SPX for ES / MES - GEXBot already shifts the index strikes onto the futures price) and switch GW on. Nothing else is needed: no collector, no files, no second application. The market breadth strip (MKT) uses the same key. All other modules work without a GEXBot key. Several charts with the same key in one ATAS share the answers, so they stay within the GEXBot limit of one request per second.
Why are the gamma walls missing or dimmed?
A notice on the chart names the reason. No key or a rejected key: check the GEXBot API key and that your plan includes Classic API access. Dimmed walls with STALE: the last answer is older than Stale After - after the US options close GEXBot keeps its last calculation, so the walls stay dimmed in the evening. Nothing drawn at all with the note about 20 hours: on weekends and before the US options open GEXBot still returns the previous calculation; walls from a day ago would look valid, so they are not drawn until fresh data arrive.
What do the yellow and blue walls and the triangles mean?
They show where the option strength is changing right now. A triangle (JUMPS, on together with GW) is left at the candle and price where a wall jumped within a minute - up = building, down = melting; move the mouse over it and a card shows the time, the price of the wall and how its strength changed. The glow (GLOW, off by default) overlays a wall that is building with the growth colour (yellow) and a melting wall with the decline colour (light blue); the other walls are dimmed. By default they count only the strength that new option trades added or removed - a wall does not light up just because the price came closer to it (GW · Wall Change Measure; All Change = the whole change). They say where strength is being added or removed, not what the price will do. Each has its own settings group: 30 - GW - GLOW and 31 - GW - JUMPS. The windows MAP (change map) and SKEW (skew and net gamma) are off by default; switch them on in 26 - GW - MAP and 29 - GW - SKEW.
What is the difference between LINES, AZ and ABS?
Three views of support and resistance. LINES are sloping trendlines through confirmed swing pivots (the OFS StructureMapper engine). AZ are horizontal zones that need at least two independent kinds of evidence - profile, order flow, structure, market reaction - and carry a score (OFS AegisZones). ABS are single price levels where aggressive volume was absorbed inside one candle and rejected by its close (OFS ConfirmedAbsorption). Where a trendline, a zone and an absorption level meet, you have confluence from three independent calculations.
How is ABS different from HABS?
They read different data and answer different questions. HABS looks at single trades: a circle marks prints that are far larger than the prints around them. ABS looks at the footprint of a whole candle: a level is drawn where the aggressive volume at a price outweighed the other side by the chosen ratio and the candle then closed away from that price - the aggression was absorbed and rejected. HABS shows where size traded; ABS shows where a price held, and then follows that level through its touches until it is used up, broken or too old.
Why does an absorption line stop in the middle of the chart?
By design. A level price has not come back to yet is drawn short while price is far away and grows towards the current candle as price approaches. The moment price touches the level, the line freezes at that candle and never extends again - an absorption is only untested as long as the market has not been back. ABS · Extend Long To Current Bar and ABS · Extend Short To Current Bar draw the untested levels all the way to the current candle instead.
What do I need for the MenthorQ levels?
Your own MenthorQ API key and your MenthorQ user id - both are in your MenthorQ account, the same pair the official MenthorQ ATAS indicator asks for. Paste them into MenthorQ API Key and MenthorQ User ID in 01 - Licenses and switch MQ on. The MenthorQ ticker is taken from the chart contract by itself (MQ · Ticker = Auto: MNQZ6 or NQZ6 becomes NQZ2026); pick another market from the list in MQ · Ticker, or choose Custom and type the exact MenthorQ name into MQ · Custom Ticker. A notice on the chart says when the key or the user id is missing or rejected. MenthorQ serves its end-of-day calculation, so the levels are read again every 15 minutes by default and stay the same through the trading day. All other modules work without a MenthorQ key.
What is the difference between LINES, ZONES, AZ and ABS?
Four views of support and resistance. LINES are sloping trendlines through confirmed swing pivots and ZONES are horizontal zones from the same pivots, pivot clusters and flips - both from the OFS StructureMapper engine.
What is the difference between TREND, ZONES, AZ and ABS?
Four views of support and resistance. TREND are sloping trendlines through confirmed swing pivots and ZONES are horizontal zones from the same structure - both from the OFS StructureMapper engine. AZ are horizontal zones where independent kinds of evidence - profile, order flow, structure, market reaction - agree, and they carry a score (OFS AegisZones); they are drawn for the horizons you switch on - MICRO, SESSION and COMP in the expanded control panel, all off by default. ABS are single price levels where aggressive volume was absorbed inside one candle and rejected by its close (OFS ConfirmedAbsorption). Where a trendline, a zone and an absorption level meet, you have confluence from three independent calculations. (The LINES button shows something else: the POC, VAH, VAL, HIGH and LOW of the trading session.)
What do LINES, pLINES and xLINES show?
The levels of the trading session, which runs from 18:00 New York like the VWAP: POC - the price with the most volume, VAH and VAL - the edges of the value area that holds 70 % of the volume, HIGH and LOW. LINES shows the current session; its levels move as the session develops. pLINES shows the previous, finished session (pPOC, pVAH, pVAL, pHIGH, pLOW), which does not change during the day. xLINES shows both, the previous one dashed by default. Everything is computed from the footprint of the chart price by price, so the chart needs footprint (cluster) data and at least the previous session loaded.
What does the MKT strip show?
Whether the whole market behaves the same way. The ten boxes are ES, QQQ, NVDA, AAPL, MSFT, AMZN, META, GOOGL, TSLA and AVGO, each in the colour of the gamma regime GEXBot computes for that market: green = damping (price at or above zero gamma and the net gamma positive), red = amplifying (below zero gamma and negative), orange = mixed, grey = nothing fresh from the last 20 hours - or the key or the GEXBot plan does not cover that ticker. It reads gexbot.com with your GEXBot API key: one shared download for every chart with the same key, one request per ticker every minute during 09:30 - 16:00 New York and every 30 minutes outside it, when the strip is dimmed. The colours are the REGIME colours of the GW module. The strip only informs - it places nothing and predicts nothing.
What is the difference between 5VP, 15VP, 30VP and 60VP?
The time frame of the swings. 5VP uses 5-minute swings and moves often (about 61 new legs a day on MNQ, a leg holds a median 15 minutes); 15VP about 23 legs a day (half an hour); 30VP about 12 legs a day (50 minutes); 60VP about 7 legs a day (73 minutes). The profile itself is always counted from the candles of your chart, whatever its type. Only one profile is drawn at a time.
What do I need for the icebergs (ICE) and why is the tree empty after loading a chart?
ICE reads the order-by-order book (Market-By-Order data): every resting order with its own id, so it can see one order refill its visible size or trade more than it ever showed. Your data feed has to deliver this data in ATAS. Order-by-order data cannot be replayed from history, so icebergs are found from the moment ICE is switched on - after a chart load the tree is empty, a neutral ruler shows where it will stand, and circles appear as the market trades. A green circle is a resting buyer that absorbed the selling, a red one a resting seller that absorbed the buying; the bigger the circle, the more it absorbed. Proven means more traded against the order than it ever showed - the hidden contracts are counted; refilled means the same order refilled its size again and again.
Why is there a thick red frame around the control panel?
The connection or the market data is down: the account connection (for example Rithmic) has been lost for more than 15 s, no market data arrived for 15 s while CME is trading, or the data come more than 5 s late. Confluence keeps working; the frame returns to normal 4 s after the data are healthy again (10 s after lost data or a lost connection). No alert and no sound. Control Panel Outage Frame in the Control Panel group turns the frame off.
Where are the log files and how do I tell them apart?
By default in %APPDATA%\OrderFlowSmith\logs; Log Folder in the Log group sets your own folder, and a subfolder named after the computer is added (for example D:\logs\<computer>). Every chart has its own file - CF_ATAS_... in ATAS, CF_ATASX_... in ATAS X. The first line names the platform and its version, Confluence and its version and the computer; a chart: line names the instrument, the chart type and period and the account.
What do I need for the AI assistant?
Claude Code or Codex (for ChatGPT) on the same computer, signed in once with your own account. Claude: install Claude Code from claude.com/claude-code, open a terminal, type claude and sign in. ChatGPT: install Codex (npm install -g @openai/codex, or the Codex app), type codex login in a terminal, sign in and choose ChatGPT in AI · Provider. Then click AI on the control panel and CHAT. The AI uses your Claude or ChatGPT plan and needs the internet; nothing goes through orderflowsmith.com. If the program is missing or not signed in, the chat window says what to do. The model (Claude Opus 5.5 or GPT-6 Astra by default) and how hard it thinks (AI · Effort) are in 04 · API · Claude / ChatGPT.
Can the AI trade or give me entries?
No. It analyses the market from the data of the modules - levels, zones, what meets at a price, scenarios, the likely direction - and can draw it on the chart, but it never trades and never gives an entry, a stop or a target, not even when asked. It can be wrong: check what it says on your chart.
What does the AI see?
The data of every Confluence module, also the ones switched off on the chart (they are computed when it asks), the candles, volume profiles, previous days and two pictures of the chart - the last candles of your own chart as you see them and the last trading days in 60-minute candles (Windows) - and your own drawings - lines, rectangles with their time span, trend lines, texts, fibo and more. The icebergs, the gamma walls, the MenthorQ levels, the market breadth with the VIX, the order book and the footprint are collected from the moment the AI is on; the walls of the book and the icebergs of the whole trading day stay after a chart restart. With OFS Confluence Feed on the charts of ES, bonds, the euro, gold, oil or the NYSE TICK it sees those markets too. News only from the sites in 55 · AI · News, the economic calendar of the week and the earnings dates of the big companies.
What is the NEWS window?
A small window that works while the AI is on: the important US release that just came out and the next one with a countdown (FOMC, CPI, jobs ...), and the latest important headlines of the last 2 hours. It is as high as the control panel and starts at its height, keeps its size and is dimmed when nothing important is on; it stays clear of the control panel, the notices and the GW windows. The + button at its top right opens it downward - the important headlines of the last 24 hours in full, with their summaries; the release times stay at the top and the headlines below them scroll with the mouse wheel or the bar at the right edge; - closes it. The small A- and A+ buttons next to it change the size of the text, as in the chat - the window keeps its size. Left of every important headline an arrow shows what the AI expects it to mean for the Nasdaq-100: green arrow up = bullish, gray dot = neutral, red arrow down = bearish (AI · News Impact Arrows; every headline is judged once, when it arrives). A new headline flashes softly three times in the color of its arrow when the arrow arrives. AI · News Language translates the news into your language (for example Slovak): the AI translates every headline, summary and release name once, when it arrives; English by default. The NEWS button switches it; position, offsets, font and background are in 55 · AI · News. AI · News Marks draws a short mark at the candle of an important release of the day.
Does the AI remember what I told it?
Yes. Every question goes with the last 100 messages of the chat of the chart (AI · Chat History Messages, no upper limit). What should last longer - for example a mistake in its judgment you pointed out - the AI writes into its own notes, which go with every question on every chart of this computer; the notes that are no longer true it deletes itself. The notes are only for the AI.
What can the AI draw, and can it alert me?
Ask it and it draws exactly that: levels, zones, trend lines, vertical time lines - also at a time ahead, for example a release tomorrow, right of the live candle - notes, small arrows, the expected path of price (its points also at their times, within the room right of the live candle - AI · Extend Right (px)) and the volume profile of a stretch of time. Support is green, resistance red, a pivot (support and resistance in turn) amber; a strong level is thicker, a weak one thinner and paler. Point the mouse at a drawing and a card shows its number and why the AI drew it. When price reaches an AI support, resistance or pivot, the AI alert sound plays (with the alerts on) and a line appears in the chat. Every 5 minutes the AI also goes through its drawings on its own and moves what the market has left behind (AI · Auto Update; an update that changes nothing stays out of the chat, 0 = off); it can also comment a touch (AI · Comment On Level Touch, off by default). Each such message uses your Claude or ChatGPT plan like a question.
Does the AI learn from its own drawings?
Yes. The indicator keeps a journal of every level, zone and line the AI draws: at every touch of price it records whether the drawing held or broke within 30 minutes and how far price moved for and against it within 15 and 30 minutes - kept for good, also after the drawing is gone. You can rate any of its drawings by clicking its label (good, bad, useless) or in the chat. The AI reads the journal, can test its own ideas on the history of the chart (stops of buyers and sellers, big trades, heavy absorption and what price did at the first return) and keeps its notes sorted into your rules, lessons from its mistakes and market facts. Every path and arrow of the AI is checked against the real price as well: the direction of each leg, how many points off it was and whether price reached the target. A support that a candle closes below turns into a resistance by itself, and the AI looks again at once.
⚠ OFS Confluence is an analytical decision-support tool. A VWAP, a sigma band, an anchored VWAP, a profile level, a fibo level, a session high or low, a trendline, a zone, a heavy absorption circle, a big trade or an absorption level is a location or a fact computed from past trades, not a prediction and not a trading signal; the colour of a circle shows the aggressor side, never a direction to trade. The gamma walls and option levels are computed by GEXBot and the MenthorQ levels by MenthorQ, independent third-party services; OrderFlowSmith does not produce or verify them and they can be delayed, stale or unavailable. Its output depends on the data feed: footprint (cluster) data is needed for the VWAP and for the swing profile, and complete raw trade history plus a live trade stream for the HABS and BIG circles. The numbers quoted in the descriptions were measured on historical MNQ and MES data and describe how often the profile moves, not how price will react. Exchange holidays and early closes are not modelled in the session hours. Validate the settings on your own data before using them for live decisions. The AI assistant gives analysis, not advice: it can be wrong, it never trades and its answers are produced by Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI) through your own account. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss.
