F2 Automated Trading Addendum 1. Scope This addendum applies to OFS F2 FiboFade ("F2") and forms part of the License terms. Where it is more specific than the License terms, it prevails for F2. 2. Locally operated software F2 is software operated locally by the user in the ATAS platform. This licence grants the right to use the software and its documented features. It does not grant OrderFlowSmith access to the user's brokerage account or authorise OrderFlowSmith to operate that account remotely. OrderFlowSmith does not receive broker credentials or receive or route the user's trading orders through its servers. 3. Automated trading F2 includes trading rules and presets developed by OrderFlowSmith. The user selects the account, the instrument and the configuration and decides whether to enable automated trading (the autopilot). Once enabled, F2 can generate, submit, modify and cancel orders automatically under its documented rules and the active configuration, without separate approval of each trade. 4. Backtesting and optimisation Backtesting and optimisation operate on the historical chart data available to the user. Saving an optimisation result does not enable it for automated trading; a configuration must be selected and enabled by the user. Supplied presets and optimisation results are not selected according to the user's financial circumstances and are not personalised investment recommendations. 5. Activation and changes Accepting these terms does not itself enable automated trading. The user enables a specific configuration for a specific account and instrument in the software (Enable automated trading). Changes to the active trading configuration require renewed activation as described in the user guide; settings changed while a trade is open apply only after that trade has ended. If an update changes trading behaviour for the same settings, new entries under those changed rules require the user's review and activation. Existing open trades are handled under the update and recovery procedure described for the installed version. After a restart of the platform, new entries resume only if the user has enabled that option and the enabled configuration is unchanged. 6. Autopilot OFF, licence expiry and protection of an open trade Autopilot OFF stops new entries. Protection, recovery and automatic exits for an existing F2 trade may continue while the software is able to operate. Licence expiry or revocation blocks new entries; it does not by itself cancel the protective orders for an open F2 trade, and renewing the licence does not by itself switch new entries back on. Recovery and protection cannot guarantee execution, continuous availability or a maximum loss. 7. Updates Updates are delivered through ATAS as described in the License terms. An update may change how the strategy or the execution behaves with unchanged settings; the product changelog states when it does and the software records a separate trading-rules version so that such a change requires the user's review before new entries continue. 8. Support Support covers installation, licensing and explanation of documented software functions. It does not include selecting trades or configuring investment parameters for a user based on their financial circumstances. No profit, performance or trading outcome is guaranteed. 9. Consumer rights Nothing in this addendum excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies for non-conforming software.
